The current pandemic has led many companies to increase the use of live content and conferences to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>be discovered<\/li><li>increase your notoriety<\/li><li>educate customers and prospects&nbsp;<\/li><li>convey your competitive advantages<\/li><li><strong>replace conversations that the sales force is no longer able to have!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Selling is a matter of trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trying to <strong>build trust<\/strong> when real contacts decrease day by day increases the challenge of all the sellers on the planet!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, sales forces have turned to the web with an increased presence on LinkedIn but also, with the appearance of content conveyed on audio-visual and interactive platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#991b1b\">The competition is stronger! <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside the traditional webinars, we have seen the explosion, since the beginning of the pandemic, of <strong>interactive conferences and meetings<\/strong> on Zoom, Teams, Skype and especially, Facebook LIVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How many of you have downloaded a webinar since the beginning of the crisis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How many <strong>LIVE lectures <\/strong>have you watched?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s what I thought&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attending webinars was often very low on the \u2018to-do\u2019 list, prior to COVID-19, and LIVE conferences and meetings were almost non-existent. Likewise, for local or international conferences, we were face-to-face. In the last few months, everything has changed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#991b1b\">Everything has become virtual, or almost<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interactive LIVE conferences<\/strong> are here to stay and to be effective, they must be relevant, offered at the right time and tailored to your clientele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To plan the content of such virtual conferences, take inspiration from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Your most <a href=\"https:\/\/exob2b.com\/en\/blogue-marketing-b2b\/\">popular blog posts<\/a>; search for current keywords for your area of business \/ expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Visit question-and-answer sites, such as Quora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Take a survey on your LinkedIn or Facebook business page. The ideal is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Understand the needs of prospects and customers and <strong>don&#8217;t fall into the trap<\/strong> of producing conferences whose content is ONLY focused on the benefits and characteristics of your products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s too easy and usually your target clientele can find it on your website. If you do that, your <strong>interactive web conference<\/strong> will have no added value&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you want to know what your prospects and customers WANT to consume as a priority?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#991b1b\">The best way is to do a &#8220;live&#8221;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Your <strong>\u201cconnection\u201d<\/strong> will be better<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The<strong> \u201cconfidence\u201d<\/strong> factor will be higher<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Lives are <strong>faster <\/strong>to prepare<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 You will have the opportunity to answer questions live, demonstrating your <strong>expertise<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Conversations live are <strong>flexible<\/strong> and two-way<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 It allows you to <strong>\u2018scan\u2019 the intentions<\/strong> by asking probing questions to those asked by the participants<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 From their questions, you know <strong>where they are in their buying cycle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Each answer automatically brings <strong>value <\/strong>to someone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Having answered &#8220;real&#8221; questions asked by the public allows you to develop content that <strong>arouses interest<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Reference effect is excellent! You have created <strong>ambassadors<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022  They become a place where people see the <strong>value of being there <\/strong>because they quickly seize the opportunity to ask THE question that puzzles them, which makes the live presence &#8230; a priority!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The more you do, the more they will<strong> trust your brand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Take the opportunity to <strong>invite your best customers.<\/strong> They will feel <strong>privileged<\/strong>, in collusion with you and, will be able to ask lots of questions without feeling the \u201ctimer\u201d ticking \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, also address the people who will listen to your &#8220;live&#8221; <strong>in replay.<\/strong> Invite them to comment because you&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Collect data <\/strong>on the views (read the comments)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Will answer any questions they leave (they will be notified)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 (It gives you good leads\u2026 but keep it to yourself)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#991b1b\">How are you going to plan this?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Start with a customer&#8217;s problem, a question that arises. Take a relatively narrow subject with a complex answer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) What additional questions should they ask themselves?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Continue thinking, get into their heads. Educate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Are other questions emerging?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Prepare a &#8220;live&#8221; on these questions &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remind participants repeatedly of the importance of asking questions!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And voil\u00e0!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not to mention that a &#8220;live&#8221; attracts more attention.&nbsp; It plays on the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fear_of_missing_out\">FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)<\/a>.
